🚚 WE SHIP ORDERS FREE ONLY WHEN WE RUN PROMOTIONAL DEALS
During the Christmas and New Years period Badtempah is closed for all outgoing parcels on statutory holidays - if you make an order over the weekend or on a stat day the parcel will not be dispatched until the next working business day. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Please note during Christmas/New Year periods courier companies do experience delays which are out of our control. We are doing everything we can to ensure you receive your parcels in time but the below timeframes can only be considered guidelines during this time. 
Shipping and fulfilment | Shipping available via Courier post and DHL, Due to high demand Please allow 5-15 business days (not including weekends or holidays or sale periods) to start shipping orders unless specified in the product listing. Tracking confirmation is sent by text or email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation please email badtempah25@gmail.com for further assistance.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS | If you have ordered a pre-order item the time frame for delivery on that is outlined in the product description - please check there before enquiring with us. 
Pre-order timeframes are not exact, instead these are estimated timeframes of dispatch and could be subject to change.
Pre-orders are unable to be updated once order is complete, sorry for any inconvenience.
Orders cannot be combined & shipping address cannot be edited or changed once your order is placed.
We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact your mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.
